Huh. That is fascinating. Incredible, really. As you may recall, I have rheumatoid arthritis, and the one area that really gives me a lot of trouble is my knees. I cannot kneel - if I do the subsequent swelling will last for days. So I would like to find a place to learn to meditate that will allow me to sit on a chair. There is a Unitarian Universalist church that has medition sessions here, and you know Unitarians, they are very open-minded, so maybe they will accommodate me.
