Kilgore can have an approval rating that comes close to Bush's 70-75% if he can prove he's not one more Republican moron who will get elected and suddenly want a tax gouge to satiate the teachers unions. We'll see if he can pass that character test that Bush has virtually written...

In the meantime you sidestep the question of why your anti-American Democrats can't raise DIME ONE with the "unpopular" Bush around.
