I wasn't implying anything about amd vs. intel. I think the whole argument is moot at this point. To that extent I agree with Dan that "intel inside" is pretty meaningless. The entire business is being commoditized but at least Intel has recognized where their real issue is and branched out to Apple. (imho microsoft is the problem with PCs at this point- no innovation)

(as exclusive supplier)

So, what would you think it meant for Intel's future and Intel's position in the industry.

Too bad AMD couldn't make it to the *Black Friday* extravaganza.

What makes you think that? Walmart's flyer has a $378 HP Pavilion ze2308wm laptop which apparently has an AMD Sempron and a 15" screen.
