well we'll have to see how BIDU does against google.

My belief is that nvidia, msft, intel and cisco are at the stage in their development that they should move offshore, just like IBM moved offshore in the 80s (when I was at Berkely, IBMs disregard for US workers was legendary). If BIDU starts to overtake Google it would concern me because this is a new tech that should develop here imho.

I know of two engineers I worked with when they were lowly H1-B's here that are now in China and India heading up local engineering teams for American corporations. They succeeded here, and are now teaching their countrymen how to make American management happy.
