The process is inherently broken...justice is unequal for people under differing economic conditions. This guy was represented by a public defender...


That's only part of the problem......the other part.....if you are the wrong color, you are more likely to be accused of a crime that you did not commit; you are more likely to be stopped by the police; you are more likely to be in jail.

But you see all of the above is the fault of their genes. Genetics can be very cruel.
