I'm against the death penalty, but good grief, we have appeal after appeal after bloody appeal for every single person in death row. At least that's how it is in California. Some even think Scott Peterson, for example, has a better chance of becoming a free man by being sentenced to death instead of being sentenced to life without parole.

If there were no death penalty, there would be no appeals. And I have never heard of someone winning an appeal and then being let them out of prison. As far as I knew, they win their appeal and then they are in for life. Have you seen something to the contrary?

As for Peterson, I am sure he is someone's bitch at this point of his rather pathetic and disgusting life.

Have you been following the news about "Tookie" Williams?

Other than he was the founder of the Crips and his death sentence has Arnold in a tither. Why is this a problem for Arnold? Who wants "Tookie" saved?

You know if I were governor or judge, I could never order the death penalty for someone no matter how bad they were. The best I could do would be life in prison.
