I'm with you guys on those sectors.. We have a pretty big REIT fund that I have been watching pretty closely and getting kind of dicey about. We are way ahead on it since we have held it for years.. but I don't know. It has recovered from a little set back quite a bit in the last couple of months or so. Besides I don't know where we would get the return elsewhere.

BTW I am not so sure that interest rates are going to still climb. There is so much over production of stuff out there so I don't see much inflation coming unless energy does it to everything, driving up prices for a short time, and then maybe there would be such a slow down that a depression would hit..

I'm just guessing and blowing smoke but I just convinced myself to keep it, for the day anyway.. :)
