I understand your frustration with the stock. I have been in it about the same amount of time and seen quite a lot of value erode. However, I doubled up a few weeks ago as the drill results IMO are simply outstanding.

The rejection of the appeal by Hermiston at the Nevada Supreme for fraud and embezzlement is huge. The appeal involved the exact same evidence Hermiston uses in the Mexican court where he also lost beforehand.

Of even more importance are the words used by the court:

"The Fifth Claim for Relief alleges that Hermiston deliberately and fraudulently misrepresented to Farallonsub that he would acquire certain mining properties in Mexico for the benefit of Farallonsub when he had no such intention and, in fact, intended to use Farallonsub funds to acquire such mining interests solely for his own benefit. The Fifth claim goes on to allege that Hermiston did, in fact, fraudulently use Farallonsub's funds to live on and to attempt to acquire such mining interests for himself. The March 13, 2001 Default Judgment makes a factual and legal determination that each and every allegation of the Second Amended Third Party Complaint is true. The November 16, 2005 Nevada Supreme Court judgment upholds the March 13, 2001 Default Judgment in its entirety and the Trial Court's determination that Hermiston committed fraud. "

I have enough confidence in the Mexican justice system that in the face of the same evidence with precedence in Nevada they will find very similarly. This is a major reason why I don't hesitate to invest not just in Farallon but other companies with major properties and/or operations in Mexico.

Ogi,

Your comments on Farallon (FAN.to) are certainly interesting.

I started following FAN 5-7 years ago, as I was alerted to the vast potential of the story. Simply put, it appeared to be a potential "story stock," with the lawsuit seemingly the only major impediment.

Unfortunately, the lawsuit(s) just seem to drag on forever. However, as you pointed out, the dilution that has occurred over time has been very significant. And one has to wonder how much additional dilution will occur over time.

It will be interesting to see how the stock moves over time. However, due to the dilution I think the stock's upside potential has been greatly reduced. A real shame, as this one seemed to have great potential.

I continue to hold a small stake but will certainly not add.
