Apparently Israel thinks the Shiites are just as dangerous as the Sunnis. We see the Sunnis as "the bad guys" just because they oppose us in Iraq. Iran is a Shia country, and Shia terrorists did and do exist.

The likely victors, the Shiites, are not going to be real tolerant of Sunni terrorists.
Further up from that post, you say that precisely that will happen.

And THAT would be the outcome of an election. A civil war? That's a lot more dicey.
