"It's all a load of crap." Right you are! Dead on! Truer words were never spoken! Utterly unnecessary. Congratulations to you on your insight! UNLESS, of course your skin color, accent, racial background, religious persuasion or whatever, get you targetted for NEGATIVE ACTION, in which case your comment is most likely to be experienced as "a load of crap". But I take it you have not had much of a problem with NEGATIVE ACTION so all that AFFIRMATIVE STUFF seems like BS to you. Namaste! Jim
