Like the way they slaughtered the Chinese, men, women and children. That is one hell of a way to free people. They kidnapped Korean women and used them a sex toys for soldiers. That is another form of freedom I suppose.

I think there is a LOT of revisionist history going around. The Japanese were extremely expansionist in the late 30's, and felt it was their manifest destiny to 'free' the other Asian people from European (and American) clutches.
