You are WAY off base. I've said it before, and I'll say it again. There were two parts to the ruling. One went 7-2, the other went 5-4. You saying the ruling matters "little" whatever it was, is ludicrous on its face. Plainly you are not knowledgeable and a tru-believer in the propaganda soup, at once. Of course Republicans wanted to win. Democrats, as shown by this discussion, were willing to request plainly unfair countings of votes in order to win. Maybe you could see fit to find that there are indeed TWO bottom lines at work here. I won't hold my breath for even that tiny bit of enlightenment to sink into you. Dan B.
