There are even people who can afford, not just a 8,000 sq. foot house, but a 15,000 sq. foot house, and the wives spend their lives looking for furniture and tchotchkes, driving around in their Humvees. I know how they do it out here- the glorious Home Equity Line Of Credit. The house as your own private ATM cash dispenser. If you're not 100% in debt you're just not living. And then there are all the illegals and semilegals living multigenerational in townhouses. We invented that. Hot bunking with 20 to 30 to a house.
