True, but he was molesting the young daughters of some of his followers.


But in this case, EVERY UNSC MEMBER that voted for UNSC 1441 was wrong.. Not just the US. After all, we're not the only country with an intelligence service. The French and Russians had far better access to Iraq than we did.


Which is why the search went on as long as it did, cost as much money as it did, and why many individuals such as Cheney still can't quite admit there was nothing significant there. Most humans have a difficult time admitting they were wrong, especially if there is likely to be somewhat negative consequences, hence the vigorous effort.
