We owe China money. China has bought WalMart or vice versa...hard to tell. Our population is a rounding error in comparison to China's population plus, at their ridiculously high growth rate, they'll be the world's largest economy in 20 years. If China tries to take back Taiwan, you think the USA is going to take them on? Not likely. China has gone back to its capitalist roots and we'll be hoping, in a decade or so, that they had remained 'communists'.
