Facts are they were for the most part dead wrong.....eddie and his ilk.....no thousands of body bags, no street fighting in Baghdad, no environmental catastrophe, etc......and though the intel on WMD was wrong.....the only reason we know that for sure now is BECAUSE we invaded........ and whatever one may say the fact is that Saddam is no longer any kind of threat.......Ghaddafi is making nice, progress has started to be seen in Egypt, etc.... 50 million people in Iraq and Afghanistan have been liberated from brutally repressive regimes. Iraqis and Afghanis have seen new Constitutions, free elections, etc.... Plenty of mistakes have been made in the prosecution of the war and its aftermath...no one can reasonably deny it....and although two thousand plus military deaths is indeed a tragedy.....we are still WAY ahead of the casualty counts eddie and his ilk predicted..... IMO, the biggest fear of eddie and that ilk is that Bush was right....and that the progress in Iraq will become so significant over time that even the MSM can not keep the story from being reported.... Ask yourself this question...... When John Murtha made his statement calling for immediate withdrawal........he was all over the media, talks shows, etc.... Other than one appearance on CNN...where have you seen Lieberman's face? Where have you heard his message on the airwaves? J. J.

Which is it Bill? First you renew your attack; The existence or non-existence of those events does not negate the accuracy of the labels. An America hater is an America hater whether we're greeted with flowers or not, then you kind of deny it; After doing a search to 2003, I found very few references to those labels before the war, from very few posters, and then you renew it; There are of course a few, and there's no evidence they were wrong.? It's the same kind of "my way or my way" thinking that interferes with the creation of good policies and the election of rational leaders. Ed
