<We'd ALL like to pay no taxes> That's not true because few vote for that. There are taxes because the electorate wants them. They want them because they like the government to do what the government does. They were nearly all gung ho for attacking Saddam. Now they are whining about the dead, maimed and the cost. Sheesh! Did they think it would be like tv shoot 'em ups where the good guy comes through unscathed and is home in time for dinner? Mqurice

You have been complaining about what the conservatives are doing in this country for several years now. It is understood as a premise to your posts that the conservatives have constructed an establishment that you find distasteful. The problem is you bring nothing to the table, which simply displays as childish ungrateful rebellion. What basis can you present for establishing a different system that has substance and value? If it is a better one I will vote for it. Put up or shut up.
