It still makes me sick in my stomach.
Everyone taking what they say as 100% fact.
Media spews BS constantly. But since it's on TELEVISION we(MOST PEEPS) don't questions the information.

Information from TV is considered as fact by most.

NOTHING makes sense.. AND BUSH did everything he could to put the kabash on the 911 commish.. WHY? Why wouldn't he want the remains of the WTC to be investigated? Why did we rush to clean it up? After all the more investigation of the remains and how it collapsed/who did it would benefit him, the country, the world. The more time we spent collecting information the better for us all to prevent it from happening again?

After all, isn't that more important than getting re-elected?
Isn't it more important to protect us Americans from future attacks? Shouldn't we right all the wrongs, make ourselves stronger? Fix our mistakes?

I remember back in 1986 a private plane came near the White House and was quickly intercepted.

I'd like to see a link verifying that assertion, not the least of which because I remember that in September of 1994, a small plane crashed into the South Lawn of the White House - unopposed.

archives.cnn.com

At the time, there were stories in the media about no-fly-zones and fighters ready to intercept as well as anti-air craft batteries in place to defend important DC installations. What happened to those procedures on 9/11/01?

As you probably know, the publication of such "stories" doesn't, in any way, indicate that such measures - or any associated "procedures" - were put in place. Right?

The fact that there is no interest in conducting a Congressional investigation into this huge national security lapse is a further indication that there was a conspiracy on 9/11/01.

If you're convinced that in fact there was a massive governmental conspiracy behind the terror attacks of September 11th, 2001, how could you...why would you...desire, pin hopes upon, or otherwise deposit any faith in the prospects for an investigation by that very same government?

>>The U.S. government warned Saudi Arabia more than three years before the Sept. 11 attacks that Osama bin Laden might use civilian airplanes in terror attacks, according to a memo released Friday by the National Security Archive, NBC News reported.

The Sept. 11 Commission, a panel appointed by Congress in 2002 to investigate U.S. security, made no mention of the memo in any of its reports, Windrem said. It is unknown why the report did not address the warning.

The document was first disclosed by Washington Post editor Bob Woodward, in his behind-the-scenes book, “Bush at War,” written in 2004. It was made public on Friday by the National Security Archive, a private group that uses Freedom of Information requests to obtain classified data.<<
