LOL! Re: "...So you are saying that the people in the field...." That's just it! 'People in the field, people with REAL OPERATIONAL EXPERIENCE, our people with the best expertiese in the region, and in the planning of occupations, were the ones who contributed to the MAIN PLAN, the "Future of Iraq" project. The people with little or no experience (many civilians) were the ones who came up with the rump 'plan' that was substituted at the last moment! You can try to spin this all you want to but them's the facts. Re: "...trusting the guy who is taking shots over the theorist behind the lines is a better idea." NO KIDDING! ME TOO!
