You will have to provide evidence of your opinions if you wish them to have weight. 'People in the field, people with REAL OPERATIONAL EXPERIENCE, our people with the best expertiese in the region, and in the planning of occupations, were the ones who contributed to the MAIN PLAN, the "Future of Iraq" project. The people with little or no experience (many civilians) were the ones who came up with the rump 'plan' that was substituted at the last moment!
