here's whats wrong with US schools and universities according to Barrett-

- US companies like Intel shouldn't have to pay for them, they should be funded by "other sources"
- US companies like Intel shouldn't have to pay prevailing wages to US high tech workers so that the workers can pay for the schools through their taxes either
- US companies like Intel should be free to skirt the entire system and move all ops to India except for a few executives located in the US, all the while selling into the US market, something no other nation would ever allow.

That, in a nutshell, is Barrett's position on the US school/tax system

Of course he complains like a madman about how inferior US universities are, which is inconsistent with every other nation's view of our university system but no matter, this is the "world according to Intel"
