OT John, You certainly have some valid questions. However, consider these points. First, the AS is 5 billion but right now there are 1.8-2 billion actually out there and 500 million actually in the float. The company has retired 200 million shares recently and plans to do a major stock buyback in the near future. In addition, they have recently purchased two profitable companies and are nearing completion of a very long and complicated audit that will lead to their move to the OTCBB which will give transparency with regards to financials, etc. Finally, the price per share is currently .0064. The BAD of this stock, I believe, is already factored in at that price. If the audit is announced along with the move to the OTC the stock becomes, in my opinion, 5 cents per share EASY. That doesn't sound like much but from where I am averaged in at .008 per share that is a 6 Bagger. There are plenty of skeptics and all kinds of nonsense flying around, but I have personally verified some of the information that others still deny has happened. Due your own DD but there is money to be made in this stock. Have a great weekend!!

Worry yes, but its a fun play. Could be crap, could be great. Or, does it really need to be anything at all to make money? The PPS needs to rise, then it makes money. A lot of persons made commitments and they need to produce, and if they do, great and if they don't, oh well. I never said it was an investment. I would rather sit in this for 2 months and potential make more money with FAR less invested, than wait for Covad 6 months to maybe go up 100%. The press releases are many, the specualtion is out of control, the verifications are spotty, but there might just be something to it. Happy hunting, we need more hunters: Subject 56219
