UPDATES: 12/02/2006: Having lost over 90%(or more) on average for most investors in the past 15 months, PLNI is concluding, and I quote "The Turn Around Year" with more delayed and still unreleased, finacial reports for 2006, no restructure or promised "buy back" plan and no updates to the current OS count as of 3/31/06 or 06/06 (exact date in dispute). Many recent PRs talk of fighting back short sellers and claims to expose who they are, but those claims to date have not resulted in any specific informtaion being supplied to shareholders. What little information of numbers and financials for 2006 can be found in the info below and in the Q1 '06 (un-audited)report filed by PLNI. 09/06/2006 (pinksheets.com): Shareholder decrease from 10,000 Dec 2005 to 657 Sept. 2006. Where did they go? Dilution Tracking: 11/12/2006: No further updates from PLNI regarding the OS count. A/S still known to be 13.5 Billion. August 2006: Webcast report by PLNI now states OS over 6 Billion shares. UPDATE: 3/14/2006: A/S now Increased to 13.5 BILLION from 5 Billion previously. Last reported Outstanding shares 03/31/2006: 4,977,740,339 Outstanding Shares: 3,727,740,100 as of 2006-01-31 Outstanding Shares: 2,300,000,000 as of 2005-12-07 | ||||||||||||||
