Maybe so, maybe not. We will never know. One thing for sure, the US gov. deliberately stirred up some so-called spy-for-China cases in order to reinforce the "China-threat" fear among the US public. And unfortunately, lots of people in the US buy into it.

Maybe not. But those already in custody or captured in China (worked for the US) already outnumbered those in the US (worked for China). After all, it is the US spy plane constantly flying near China, it is the US spy satellite constantly monitoring everything happened in China, and it is the US that have installed eavesdropping device in Jiang Zemin's airplane...NOT the other way round
