I think Boston will be the first bubble area to see price declines - because of the excessive inventory. San Diego's inventory has increased significantly, but is still within normal ranges.

Boston prices only increased 0.93% in Q3 (and will probably be flat or decline in Q4) according to OFHEO.

San Diego was up 1.72% for the quarter.

Maybe we will both be correct - and prices will decline at the same time!
