The rest of the country feels much betrayed by the lack of substantial punishment for these heinous crimes. This says that you are confused. If he has not been given the punishment that you expect he should be given and you think that our legal system is not upto par because of this, you need to check-in. The law has taken its course and the stealing is not that serious judging from the punishment. WERE ANY US LIVES LOST BECAUSE OF WHAT BEREGR DID?
