MSM, Chondroiton, and Glucosamine Sulfate really work to ease joint pain, but beware too long a course of therapy. Now and then stop taking for a month. You may get calcium build up in joints and cracking.

"Proper exercise, good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle may help support healthy joints. The diet should be high in vegetables and fruits. Fish and raw nuts provide essential fatty acids for joint structure. Avoid intake of proinflammatories such as caffeine, sugar, fried fats, red meat preservatives or processed food. Changing movement patterns and good positioning may help prevent joint overuse. Allergic food sensitivities, such as wheat, should be evaluated and avoided. Detoxification programs with fasting may remove toxins built up in the joints"
