You'd like to know how people count the days to that 2 years. OTOH, higher prices beget higher prices. Then the speculators start to jump in. Even 15% isn't that bad for them as it becomes a trading game, them a mania...then a bust. That's fine but this is the very fabric of American life. Not some penny stock. I know you do it. But just one house at a time. You'd probably even pay the 15%. Somewhere down the line though...they will spoil your party too. Just because of greed. Maybe you don't get so lucky on the next house.
