Our system is crumbling. Parties are out of control with corruption and venemous attacks on each other. The House is a joke with little or no competition in most races. The electoral college is a disaster waiting to happen--guess it already has with Gore v Bush where Gore should have won because of one man one vote and not at all relating to florida shenanigans.
I think i would like to see statewide voting for house and then seats apportioned by state vote and location within state. Maybe 4 year term for house and term limits. Maybe 6 year, one term for president. Abolish electoral college. How about mandatory retirement from SC at 80.

According to intelligence sources, Chernomyrdin accumulated more than $1 billion (some Russian journalists say as much as $5 billion) in personal assets from the systematic looting of Soviet state treasury. This occurred during the same time that Chernomyrdin shared leadership of the commission with Gore.
