Company said they will not increase shares in any shape or form. They said they will reduce outstanding shares. And now we have 500 million more outstanding of which 190 million is in the float. This can only happen if insiders have sold 190 million shares. We are talking about an almost 30% dilution compared to the 1,8B shares before. RRM: for your consideration: Stay off Raging Bull for a day ? Your giving yourself way too much stress!
