They are offended by her pandering to a segment of our society wrt her actions vis a vis flag-burning (as an example). Yet they do not muster an equal or appropriate amount of angst when men lie to us and take us to war (a war with no rationale) perhaps for no other reason but to pander to a segment of our population.

I suppose you're talking about me.

First of all, I don't see opting to invade Iraq as pandering. It may reflect a lot of equally unattractive characteristics of the men in question but, if pandering is on the list, it's way down on the list.

I can't imagine that Bush and company had on their list of reasons for the war that it would ingratiate them with the rabble, let alone the Dem rabble. That's risible. Even they couldn't have been deluded enough to think that that adventure would buy them any Dem votes.

Secondly, you have no basis for concluding anything about what I think of "Hillary's character, intelligence, preparation, and scholarship" from the fact that I disapproved of this particular incident of pandering. You do, however, have a basis from my post for knowing that I heartily disapprove of pandering, period.

So, what did you think about her flag burning stunt? Do you approve?
