I've read the indictments and the motions to dismiss. Have you? Do you realize that the charge that was thrown out (conspiracy) was the major charge in the indictment? You do know of course that the "laundering" charge was added on over a week later after Earle empanelled his sixth grand jury on the case? Not knowing what the exact defense will be, I find it difficult to believe a jury will convict anyone on such flimsy evidence of a 'crime' that was legal three years ago in Texas and is currently legal in all but a handful of states.
