Yup. However, its not the risk involved; its the lack of direct return. That's what keeps companies from building infrastrue. That's why its gov't that builds freeways, airports, subways etc. Those items are built for the common good and the common good benefits.

What you don't understand is, that is exactly what you are trying to force tax payers to do.

I am only asking what every American city has asked for at one time or another in its history. With your attitude, few cities would be rebuilt in this country after a natural disaster. And NO is special.....there is no other city like it in the country. Better we pave over Oklahoma City or Gulfport, MISS, than eliminate a NO.
