"Hmmmm......you think orange juice and disney world are more important that exports and oil. I see." I have said no such thing. We could build an artificial Island to support these port industries. It would be unrealistic and a foolish waste of money to do that since we have land based options. I simply have questioned whether or not re-building NO as it was is the best option to accomplish this or are there others. Currently these industries are operation at some capacity and as you have noted, we haven't satisfactorily re-built NO.
