Mimur:

Doubled my position in Guy.t yesterday at 3.60. Of course it is now dropping!

Spoke with Pat Sheridan (jr.) yesterday and was suitably impressed. The lab they are using is a Canadian co. with an office in Guyana. They have had four drill rigs running and are doing very extensive, regional soil sampling, stream sampling and auger drilling. All these samples have backed the lab up considerably. He is very convinced of the enormous potential of this unexplored greenstone belt. This not a mine developing it is a district. Between their exploration concessions and the back in rights they have with Aranka they control a vast chunk of land! Besides Guy.t there has not been 30,000 m of drilling in the whole country. Omai and a couple of others?

They are not actively looking to sell but would,of course, for the right offer. They are not concerned with spending money to produce a 43-101 resource estimate. They know what they have and the majors that have been on the property can plug data into their own computer models. The majors are not stupid they can do the numbers and know what is there. Ie : Virginia deal.

Lots of offers for analyst coverage if they do a financing. Pat is not interested in playing that game and is very aware of dilution problems in the business. Why don't they do a proper analysis, then when money is needed they would get first chance?? Too bad it does not work that way.

If enough data gets back from the lab we will have more holes before Christmas. Otherwise, it won't be far into the New Year when we get more holes. They are only taking a 2 day break at Christmas so work will run steadily.

They think they missed the best numbers they could have gotten
on Rory' Knoll. They had expected a certain degree of drill deviation / deflection that did not occur so they missed their target by a little bit. Aleck Hill would be a good starting pit as they could mine the hill down from the top and get an excellent fast payback then open pit Rory's. There will be underground operations as well. Still lots to find like the 10g/t auger sample 3kms from Rory's. Some evidence of former porknocker operations. People pan gold everywhere.

I have other questions I did not get to but will follow up with him later. You are probably aware of most of this but thought I would pass it on for all. Please no one consider any of this to be verbatim from P.Sheridan, it is my overview of a conversation.

Cheers,
Ogi
