Generally benign IMO. My 40-hour MA of TRIN is neutral but crossing into an area of over-bullishness. My 10-day MA of the all-exchange equity P/C is beginning to get down there a bit, 0.6, but still a fair bit aways from the extreme readings I had in Jan 2004 and Dec 2004 which was 0.5. I'm not saying we don't correct theis Oct impulse, but I have no fear at this point that it will be more than that. The bullish charts I am seeing are "macro-bullish", meaning a multi-month trend is underway.
