Most people who actually give a damn about New Orleans have gotten over finger pointing about the school busses and the lack of bottled water. That's all PR. Who gives a flying leap about it now, after three and a half months, and why? How about the fact that hundreds of thousands of Americans are now homeless, most of whom had jobs, homes, schools, and were members of ordinary communities? How about the fact that most of them would still have jobs, homes, schools and communities but for the gross negligence of the Army Corps of Engineers?
