I'm starting to wonder that maybe the top is in. If you look at the DOW, it's a clean impulse from a week ago, complete with a new high this morning....

Good point.

IBD's industry rankings killed everything that had oil in it.

Semi's held onto 14th and semi equipment -although down in most prices moved from 40 to 38 on a relative strength basis.

Watching for a favorable rotation into tech myself next week.
