And you know that because... you were told so by the same people who told you about Nigerian uranium and Iraq's WMDs :-)

i assume you were against going into iraq? it is not important if you like bush or not. we need to go back to election and did we want kerry or bush administration.
kerry was get eu to support iraq war specificly france and germany.. well we found out france was sold to iraq like they sold their country out in ww2, and germany leader sold his own country interests to Russia and Putin. He now works for Russia pipeline company. he supported expensive round about laying of pipeline through russia vs direct route so russia could maintain more control over the movements of products through the pipeline. Let's see if we can find out if he supported not going into Iraq because of his close ties and perhaps kickbacks from Russia.

I wonder how much money that we have spent onthis war kept us out of a recession. Mish could tell us i am sure. Let's assume we are going to have major cut backs in military spending starting in 2006 what does this do to growth of gpn and does it increase availability of oil , diesel, kero, gas, with major withdrawals from Iraq.

Bush should have vetoed major spending bills. I do not like his or congress spending policies.. however, i wonder if democrats would have cut spending if kerry was president ?

i support nsa? listening in on phone conversations for our safety. I believe if it stops on bombing it is worth it and do not feel they are interfering with my privacy. neighbor son just went on fly alert list at airports. he was shocked. he was told it will take a ton of paper work to get off it. and then when he arrived at destination airport they told him it was perhaps a name that is like his. but it will still take a ton of paper work to get his name of alert travel list.

you would think before they make it to the list they establish a temp list and allow citizens thirty days to rebuke it and eliminate a ton of forms and complete search each time you travel.

John

The President took an oath to "preserve, protect and defend the Consitution of the United States". You can't trump the Constitution.

Jim

John;

Once you start down the road of violating the Constitution - where do you stop? By violating our Constitution Bush is compounding his mistake of taking his eye off of Bin Laden and letting him escape by attacking Iraq - and he is getting away with it. Please reconsider your thinking that our civil rights should be stomped on! What comes next? Perhaps postpone the next Presidential election in the name of national security and protecting Americans.

Steve
