not much different in corp america. many managers will never speak out until several already take a position. most will not try to implement a new idea ,, its too dangerous it might fail. quite a few are great at meetings. meetings , meetings, questions questions questions,, further study.. some very bright folks but for some reason unable to make a commitment.

i found most not risk takers, or creative but more protective of their turf, and remain as is. i got a job, pay check , and it will continue as long as i do not screw up.. so why risk anything. tough to break through.
