That is not even in the same universe as anything I said. The measure we use to assess criminality is no different than what I have proposed. Determine whether or not the parties are goal oriented toward a common good. If so, the conflict should only be regarding who can come up with the best strategem for achieving such a goal. If one of the parties is engaging in something harmful or counter to the well being of self or other then we should determine what is at risk and do what we can to reduce or eliminate that risk regardless of cost. You seem to remain focused on a head count, which misses the point. So, I doubt you will ever get the point of my proposal. I am ready for a different topic.
