That said, I don't see why a discussion can't be had over the flat-out statement that the administration's actions were unconstitutional. There has to be an explanation for that. Perhaps the answer is the statement was drawn from move-on.org type sites and Lindy would not be pleased if he cited them here.

I shall not delay my Christmas dinner waiting for a response on this.
