When you make a public statement from another source you thereby become a accomplice to the crime wether or not is was your statements. You provided no link to the source so we have to assume you printed this information.It came from your ID alias!

Can you deny that what you posted was not false and misleading?

Can you deny that this company puts out false and misleading information?

Can you provide any information on where PLNI plastic lumber is sold in the construction industry?

Can you provide any information where PLNI plastic lumber is manufactured?

False and Misleading statements:

1.) "The Plasticon acquisition of ProMold was completed on the 9th as scheduled. All funding for the acquistion was private and did not involve any dilution of stock.
