I think we'll see that those people's own greed will be what leads then to their doom, just as in the tech bust. They won't admit the party's over until their car's in the creek - they're wizards!. No one bailed out the tech busters - I don't see where the flippers will be bailed out either. They don't have the political clout. Some of the on-the-hook lenders may be bailed out, called "to big to be allowed to fail", etc.

You really should see someone about that anger thing. Actually, I see very little of this cavalier "fk you, I got mine" attitude from people who can and do walk away with profits from this sort of activity (see a bit of that on this board even). The attitude I see much more often on this board is the "f**k everybody but me and those who think like me, and I pray that anybody who had the audacity to make money in this rising residential real estate market dies a painful death because that will make life better for everybody else", or something along those lines. Actually, when I think of it, most of your posts seem to say pretty much that kind of thing. Except with much more of that anger thing.
