"India has too many computer engineers per unit of GNP so they are dirt cheap." I'm in direct content with the cost of Indian computer engineers. The ratio of salaries US/Indian of the best people is about 2.5 to 1. "Dirt cheap" ??? I'm not certain about that. I do know you can get quite proficient ones.
