LOL...ok fair enough Michael. I'll have to defer to your close ties with Bono here. Naturally you would feel better tuned in on the issue...and I won't argue it. We managed to come to some kind of agreement...close enough for this forum. ;-) Just my damn luck...I have to run into someone who damn near hung out with Bono. Too funny! Whats the chances of that? I'll tip a Guinness to you this holiday weekend. It's a damn small world sometimes.

"It's actually very easy to know what he thinks politically.....he's made it very easy for everyone to figure out by virtue of almost 30 years of lyrics and countless speeches from recorded live shows." People change. Viewpoints change too. Do you think that after he shakes hands with Bush he runs to the bathroom to wash his hands? I doubt it. If Bono still has his liberal views and i have no reason to doubt that he does, he should become the posterboy for the democrat party as a model for politicians who dont demonize the president at every turn and produce an alternate agenda to seek what is recognized as the common good.
