By the way, as the situation in Afghanistan deteriorates, it should become apparent to even the numbskulls that the plight of women there is about as bad as it was under full Taliban rule. Very bad. M2

lizzie.. Much as I hate to agree with anything you say or think I have to admit that I did a search on womens rights and there are groups very upset with islamic/shria mullahs gaining power in Iraq. I have found web sites very concerned with the direction of womens rights in Iraq but none indicating things are getting better for women. Will keep looking...Imagine you being right about something...will wonders never cease. :-)

PS. make that " correct about something ".
