I'm sure that's just one of the many questions the SEC will be asking Turek.

"pending SEC approval"

This phrase implies that PLNI has filed an S-4 with the SEC. If so, why does it not appear on Edgar?

I spoke with someone who deals with the SEC on a daily basis and he told me the SEC really does not care about pink sheet stocks. However, if the SEC's name is used to promote a stock or deceive the public, then the SEC becomes very active. So, I guess Turek's statement "pending SEC approval" better be true.

Further, there is no reason for Turek to go to the SEC for this transaction unless he was registering securities to complete the transaction.
