We catch terrorists without blowing up our constitution. That means every wiretap should be with the FISA court's consent.

Counter-terrorism is exactly what Kerry said it was, a concerted effort combining intel, diplomacy, working with allies all around the world, tough law enforcement, vigilance and quick strikes at precise targets. It is also however, erasing the root causes of terrorism. Counter-terrorism is not what Bush says it is, invading and occupying entire countries in the Arab world. That actually creates many more terrorists than it catches. And Bush has done very little in this country to stop future terrorism. His Homeland Security Department gets a D-F grade according to the experts on the 9-11 Commission. Also, prior to 9-11, he did zero. Even called the FBI off the Saudis in this country and ignored the 8-6-01 warning of imminent AL Qaida strikes. He also did not avenge ther USS Cole attack which was his job since it happened shortly before he cheated to come into power.
