The fact remains that any claim that the President or his administration manipulated intelligence is not sustained by substantial evidence. It is also true that Democrats as well as Republicans reached the same conclusion with varying degrees of access to intelligence.

The people who want to believe one opinion or the other will not submit to logic to resolve the issue. they will cling to their partisan beliefs until they drown in them.
